The Curse of Monkey Island

The third game in the Monkey Island series was the first to embrace full voice acting, and the last to use LucasArts' venerable SCUMM engine. The Nineties were a golden age for point-and-click adventures and the Monkey Island series was one of its high water marks. The Curse of Monkey Island brought back the insult sword-fighting minigame from the original but also added new things – Murray the talking skull became one of its most memorable characters, and the singing pirates one of its best puzzles.
