Green Lantern

Would you have thought when you started reading this that out of the 32 announced Injustice 2 characters, Hal Jordan would be the 23rd to appear in a video game? And only as an alternate skin for fellow Green Lantern John Stewart, at that? It took Justice League Heroes – aka the big superhero game you didn't play because it came out at the same time as the similar, superior Marvel: Ultimate Alliance – for that to happen. At least Warner Bros. didn't totally cheap out with this skin, springing for unique voiceovers for both he and Green Lantern alternate Kyle Rayner. Hal wouldn't get proper fully playable treatment until Mortal Kombat vs. DC Super Heroes two years later. And what goes around comes around – John Stewart is a "Premiere [sic] Skin" for Hal Jordan, available as part of the $100 Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition. (John himself debuted in Justice League: Injustice for All for GBA, if you must know.)
