Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition

We usually tend to only get HD remasters of games that were especially successful, but People Can Fly and Epic Games' rowdy sci-fi first person shooter was a notorious flop when it was released back in 2011. Although it made headlines at the time for its creatively-crass dialogue that included delicate witticisms like, "hey dicktits" and "here comes Butterdick Jones and his heavenly asshole machine," underneath the silliness was a genuinely fantastic game. Using a combination of satisfying weaponry and a clever "energy leash" that let you pull enemies towards you, the game rewarded imaginative skillshots that have clearly influenced numerous shooters since. The Full Clip remaster for PC, PS4 and Xbox One features smoother frame rates and better graphics all-round, plus it runs in 4K on PC and PS4 Pro. The pre-order version includes the add-on Duke Nukem’s Bulletstorm Tour, which let's you play the entire campaign as Duke Nukem, voiced by Jon St. John.
