'Super Mario Run' will be out in less than a week, but you can play it from Thursday in Apple Stores
Don't expect to see much of the game in this new two minute video, but here's the new trailer for what could very well turn out to be the biggest game release of the year, Super Mario Run for iOS.
Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aimé revealed on Wednesday's The Tonight Show that the first mobile game starring Mario, due December 15th, will be available to try in Apple Stores around the world as a playable demo starting Thursday this week.
Nintendo had earlier announced that Super Mario Run will be available as a free download so you can try out its three game modes – Toad Rally, Kingdom Builder, and World Tour – before deciding to spend $10 for the complete game. Nintendo is dubbing this approach "free to start," and this it's this free version that you'll be able to try if you find yourself in an Apple Store this weekend.
