"The whole point of virtual reality is to get it on," says O'Brien
Last night Conan O’Brien tried out virtual reality, strapping on an Oculus Rift headset and Touch controllers to play black and white horror game Wilson's Heart. "I look gross, I'm old," he says, once he spots his in-game hands.
"Wait a minute, I thought the whole point of virtual reality is to enhance reality," he says. "And you're saying I've entered a world where I'm color-blind and I'm an old man? Wow, that's fantastic. If you want to experience what it's like to be in your late 60s, and old and chained to a wall – with glaucoma – enter this magical world. I should be having sex."
O'Brien struggles a little with the controls, resorting to throwing around clipboards and playing with a Newton's Cradle toy. After a jump scare, he does manage to have some fun with a corpse.
